Like other businesses we did venture into many business and failed, We try to make and build, but then fail again. We thought that inorder to survive in this called Rat-race, we also need to run and go with them. We almost lose hope, we almost lose our courage to start again. And when I say "WE", it's our FAMILY, and it's CARBO-VALENCIA.

We always say that CARBO-VALENCIA REALTY INC. is a FAMILY ORIENTED Real Estate Firm, cause it's true. We treat our partners and clients like our own blood. We counsel, we advise and we give the best solutions that we can give, like parents to their kids, like brothers and sisters. And we maintain it with Integrity.

Now, how did WE started?

We started by TRUSTING, We realized that by putting our own knowledge, our own capacity and own skill wasn't enough to fulfill our visions. It needs a foundation where we can put our trust, and that is GOD. Carbo-Valencia Realty Inc. wasn't only Family Oriented but also a GOD-CENTERED Real Estate Firm. We're not running to survive. We kneel, and We TRUST.
